Welcome Officially to Summer

On Sunday, I found myself scratching an itch on my side that just wouldn't
go away...I thought it was some type of bug bite because the area became
slightly raised and red. I also experienced some shooting pains. Dang
summertime bug bites. But this morning, the area of irritation is much
more pronounced, almost as if there were little blisters. There's another
patch now too (which during the night I thought were more bug bites.)
Shooting pains still occasionally bothersome.

So I thought...what if it isn't bug bites? It could be shingles. Typically
Shingles occurs in older people (i.e. - 60 plus) but I'm almost two decades
short of that. However, shingles can also occur with people who take
cortisteroids. LIke me.

I'm taking a stand right now. I hate shingles.
